Leadership

Marty and family joined our staff in December of 2010 after spending 16 years in Youth Ministry (McLoud and Mustang).  Marty has a degree from Illinois State University in Business Administration and Kristi is from McLoud and has a degree in deaf and elementary education.  She is a 3rd Grade teacher at Perkins Tryon Public Schools.   They have been married for 25 years and have 3 awesome boys Garrett (Junior at OSU) Carson (Freshman at OSU) and Micah who is in 8th grade at Perkins-Tryon Public Schools.  Marty's hobbies include time with his family, sports, and fishing.   

Joe Allen and Candace joined us on January 5th, 2014.  Joe has served in 3 churches (Choctaw Road, Fbc Maysville, and Fbc Moore) as Youth Minister and brings a wealth of experience.  His strengths include building relationships with students and making disciples.  Joe and Candace have 3 children, Matthew, Jovie and Annie 

Kim Galt joined the staff in 2015.  She is the proud mom of Corbin, Caleb and Collin.  

I am so excited to serve as the Preschool Coordinator at FBC Perkins. I have been coordinator since June 2017. My background is in secondary education. Before I started staying home with our younger children I taught high school English for 7 years. My husband, Clint, works as a lineman for Central and our children attend Perkins schools and participate in football, wrestling and cheer. My favorite part about working in our Preschool area is hearing the kids share something about what they have learned in previous weeks. We are planting seeds and I love seeing God work in their lives.
